You might ask yourself many times; do I need a personal trainer? I can workout on my own. But let’s be honest here. Do you actually work-out on your own? Do you actually push yourself to your limits? Do you know what exercises are good for you? Can you focus on yourself 100% while you’re training? Can you check your posture while you’re executing the exercises? Have you tried to follow online training programs and you actually haven’t spent hours on Google to check what actually they mean when they say “split stance deadlift” for example? Have you just had a baby and you know what exercises are forbidden post natal and which ones you can actually do? Well if your answer is yes, you probably don’t need a personal trainer, but if there is a no, you might want to try one.
I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, also a Zumba® and Strong by Zumba™ instructor. Seven years ago, when I was introduced to Zumba it was love at first sight, Zumba changed my life, and guided me to a new healthy lifestyle. I am based in South-West London, covering Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Hammersmith, Putney and Wandsworth. I am passionate about dancing, fitness, fresh juices and tv series.

If I talk to people about their barriers and ask them what is actually stopping them to live a healthy life, I usually get two answers: lack of time or lack of funds. I truly believe that nothing is impossible, there is always a way to exercise or eat healthier. You just need to learn how to integrate these new things into your life. I am not only training you once, twice or 3 times a week, I will give you a nutrition plan, a training plan and also a choice of exercises that you can easily use in your daily routine.
I train you outside the gym environment; in your home or a park of your choice. Especially if you don’t have time to go to the gym or you just can’t leave your kids at home while you’re training, don’t worry I will go to your house. As an experienced Strong by Zumba instructor I have a great knowledge in body-weight exercises and if there’s any equipment necessary to your training plan, I will bring it with me.
